SAM (Steam Achievement Manager) - could I safely use it to REMOVE these achievements? So, this happened to me: got 65 achievements in The Binding of Isaac just by opening the game. As you can see on the picture I published in that thread, I did not use SAM or any other program.

Steam Achievement Manager Download
If you do intend to use it, the usual applies with external tools that hook in with Steam, it's all done so at your own risk. I've never heard of anyone having an issue though, and since you can unlock achievements so easily it would seem pretty odd if Valve ever actually intervened.
