This notice is provided to inform users of SnapBridge, SnapBridge 360/170, and/or the Wireless Mobile Utility (WMU), all Nikon apps for smart devices, of the results of compatibility testing with Appleā€™s iOS 13.

We have confirmed that the issues described below occur with SnapBridge and SnapBridge 360/170.
We are currently looking into means of resolving these issues. We will inform users once those means have been determined.

When attempting to pair the smart device with a camera, an error indicating that pairing has failed is displayed, and pairing cannot be completed

Wi-Fi connection is unexpectedly terminated approximately 10 seconds after it is established:
